Educational Qualification: In order to secure admission to first year of three year courses of Diploma in Engineering / Technology through CAP, the candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
 
Passed the SSC (Std. X) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education with
 
         i) Mathematics(Code No 71) as the Compulsory subjects
        
                          
   AND
 
Secured minimum 40% score in SSC for open category students and minimum 35% Score in SSC for OBC/SC/ST/NT/VJ category students from Maharashtra
.

DIRECT ADMISSION TO SECOND YEAR(3rd Sem.)

The candidate should have passed in first class ,  ITI  course with 2 years in  respective trades or HSC Technical or HSC Science or HSC MCVC.

Action against ragging: Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999, which is in effect from 15th May 1999, has the following provisions for Action against Ragging.

Ragging within or outside of any educational institution is prohibited. Whosoever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets. Or propagates ragging within or outside any educational   institution shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term up to 2 years and/or penalty which may extend to ten thousand rupees.

Any student convicted of an offence of ragging shall be dismissed from the educational institution and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for a period of five years from the date of order of such dismissal.
